REFUND POLICY
We take pride in providing high-quality, ethically sourced ceremonial cacao. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we have established the following policy for exchanges.
Exchange for Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, we’re here to assist you. Please follow these guidelines for exchanges:
Contact Us Promptly: You must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Item: The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging intact. Please note that while we strive to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that packaging won’t be damaged during transit.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and proof of purchase to facilitate the exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact Us: Email us at hello@lunacacao.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
Review: Our team will assess your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Process: If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our cacao products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product once it has been opened.
